Manitoba's only international football team, the Manitoba Selects proudly represents our region internationally in tournaments and showcases. Our organization consists of both developmental and competitive programs directed by Winnipeg Blue Bomber Players and Coaching Alumni.
No matter your skill level or experience, the Selects Developmental Program offers athletes opportunities for indoor training, travel, and overall athletic development. Training and travel are focused throughout Manitoba's long winter months giving us the edge in producing Manitoba's Top Football Players.
By registering for the Manitoba Selects Development Program your athletes will have the option to participate in American Showcases and also have the chance to be selected to play on our Competetive All-Canadian Team competing internationally in tournaments representing Manitoba, Canada.
9 Months of Athletic Development and Mentorship begins Nov 4th, 2023. Includes 200+ Hours of Training Including Turf, Chalk talk, online Mentorship/life skills
Developmental and Competitive Indoor Practices run for 2-3 hours once a week every Saturday night until April 27th at the North End Soccer Complex from 4:45-930 p.m. depending on your age group.
Travel is optional for developmental Athletes. If you are chosen to compete and decline you will stay developmental. While some athletes choose to travel the developmental program will continue every Saturday including away games.
This opportunity will give your deserving athlete the self-confidence to showcase their skills internationally with recognition from US and Canadian scouts. Upon returning to their regular Club and High school season you will see a tremendous impact in their overall performance and love for the game.

10U: Players who were 10 or under before July 31, 2023 (must register before Nov.11th, 2023)
12U: Players who were 12 or under before July 31, 2023 (must register before Nov.11th, 2023)
14U: Players who were 14 or under before July 31, 2023 (must register before Nov.11th, 2023)
15U: Players who were 15 or under before July 31, 2023 (must register before Nov.24th, 2023)
Varsity: Players who were 18 or under before July 31, 2023 (must register before Nov.24th, 2023)

Trip 2 - November 20-26, 2023 - National Football Youth Championship, Las Vegas, NV - open to 12U, 14-15U
Trip 3 - December 27-29, 2023 - Winter Showcase, Minneapolis, MN - open to 10U, 12U, 14-15U, Varsity
Trip 4 - January 12-14-2024 - Battle of the Prairies - Moose Jaw, SK - open to 10U, 12U, 14-15U, Varsity
Trip 5 - February 16th-18th 2024 - Sunshine State Showcase - Miami, FL open to 10U, 12U, 14-15U, Varsity

FUNDRAISING
The Sideline Savings Coupon Book Fundraiser comes in 2 phases
Phase 1 is designed with the intent for each athlete to go out into their community and approach local businesses about the potential of free advertising in our coupon book. Every verified coupon admission will take $50 off your program fee. Once we've reached 100 coupons we will move into phase 2
In Phase 2 we will distribute coupon books through team initiatives and independent sales. Our goal is to help you raise any outstanding program balances and help cover personal travel costs, trips, or chaperone fees. For more fundraising information click here!
FEES
Developmental/Base Fee: $998 +tax includes 9 months of training and mentorship, practice jersey, and swag bag (received upon completion of payment)
Registration Deposit: $375 +tax the remaining balance of $623 is due by Dec 16th
Each Trip Selected - $350 +tax includes athlete registration, tournament fees, coach's travel, meeting rooms (travel not included)
All tournaments are subject to cancellation if a 25-person or under-committal rate occurs, in which case a $350 refund will be issued
Tax: 5% GST, 5% Processing & Admin Tax
